Monton is an agency management platform that provides tools for project management, time tracking, resource planning, invoicing, and profitability analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We may change our prices with 30 days' notice
You are responsible for all applicable taxes

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

5. User Conduct

Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monton, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
